Primary Care Services North Cumbria will be supporting various community events over the coming months and providing Outreach Preventative Health Checks for communities.
Teams will be attending:

With thanks to a number of North Cumbria GP Practices for supporting and Health Innovation North East and North Cumbria who we are working in conjunction with to provide cardiovascular testing from PocDoc.
