A successful 'Spring into Health' event was held over the weekend on Saturday 9 March in Kirkbride.
The event was organised by the Patient Participation Group (PPG) working with their local GP practice The Croft Surgery

This innovative public event consisted of all sorts of activities taking place including sessions for Mindfulness, Yoga and Qigong. There was also live performances from their local choir and health checks.
It also featured a variety of organisations coming together to help support people with information to improve their health.
The Primary Care Services North Cumbria team were invited along to see it in action and it was excellent to see what can be achieved with patients working hand in hand with their practice to help spread the word of services and health information.
