The 'Eden Together' Group have updated that their social group, has now merged with 'Chatter Matters' at Penrith Leisure Centre following some changes within the ICAT team (Integrated Community Ageing Team). The Team, who now work out of GP practices, continues support to their patients in the community, but no longer had the capacity to run 'Eden Together' as a separate group.
About Chatter Matters 
Chatter Matters is a friendly, person-centred social group that meets twice a week at Penrith Leisure Centre. Activities include board games and plenty of good conversation.
You can expect:
A warm welcome
Hot drinks, fruit, and biscuits
A delicious locally prepared soup with a bread roll
A relaxed, drop-in environment – stay as long as you like!
Cost: £2 per session (no membership required)
Bring along family, friends, or carers – everyone is welcome!

Penrith Leisure Centre
Mondays: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Fridays: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM (with an optional seated exercise session from 1:30 PM – 2:15 PM)
